Our centres welcome children from 6 weeks to 5 years of age, across Nursery, Toddler and Preschool/Kindergarten rooms. Each room is tailored to the developmental stage of the children in it.

Daily fees vary by centre and room type. Most families pay significantly less than the full fee thanks to the Child Care Subsidy (CCS). Use our CCS Calculator to estimate your out-of-pocket costs based on your family’s income and circumstances.

Yes. All Aussie Kindies centres are approved childcare providers, meaning eligible families can access the CCS to reduce their fees. From January 2026, all CCS-eligible families receive a minimum of 72 subsidised hours of care per fortnight - around 3 days per week - regardless of work or study activity. You can apply through your MyGov account linked to Centrelink.

Eligibility is based on your family’s combined income, your child’s immunisation status and your level of recognised activity (work, study, volunteering etc.). Families earning under $85,279 per year may receive up to 90% subsidy. You can check your eligibility and apply via MyGov. Our team is also happy to help point you in the right direction.

As early as possible - Nursery places in particular can fill quickly, especially for popular days. You’re welcome to enquire before your baby is born. Contact your preferred centre or book a tour to discuss current availability and waitlist times.

Absolutely. A centre tour is required prior to enrolment, and some families may also be invited to attend a Stay & Play session. On the tour you'll get to meet the educators, see the learning spaces, and ask any questions. Tours take around 20-30 minutes and can be booked online, by calling the centre direct, or our Family Support Team on 1800 244 532.

The Lifelong Learning Curriculum is an evidence-based early education program that guides learning at every Aussie Kindies centre. It spans three stages - Healthy Beginnings (babies), Early Experiences (toddlers) and School Readiness (preschoolers) - nurturing each child’s curiosity, creativity and confidence through purposeful play and meaningful experiences.

We provide five freshly prepared meals every day: breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and late afternoon tea. All meals are made on-site using wholesome, seasonal ingredients and cater for dietary requirements and allergies. You can view our seasonal menu on our website.

We include nappies and wipes, a hat, shirt and sunscreen, and regular incursions as part of your child’s day. Families just need to pack a water bottle, a change of clothes and bedding. Please confirm specific inclusions with your centre as these can vary.

We know starting childcare is a big step for the whole family. Our educators take the time to understand each child’s individual routine and needs before they begin, and we support a gradual settling-in process so children feel safe, comfortable and excited to be part of the Aussie Kindies community.

We use Storypark to keep families connected throughout the day, sharing photos, learning stories, observations and important updates so you always feel close to what your child is experiencing.

We ask that unwell children stay home to protect the health of all children and educators. Our staff are trained in first aid and will contact you immediately if a child becomes unwell while in our care. Each centre follows clear health and hygiene protocols aligned with national guidelines.
