Meet our Centre Manager
Hi, my name is Nike Ciotti and I am the Aussie Kindies Keilor Centre Manager. I have a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and have over 13 years experience in the industry.
Here at Aussie Kindies Keilor, we believe our centre is an excellent choice for parents seeking the best childcare - we are so lucky to have the most incredible team of educators, teachers and management.
We take pride in the knowledge, skills and passion of the team. Our educators are highly qualified and our team is dedicated to the care and education of every child.
We are also incredibly lucky to have a learning environment that is warm and inviting for our children and families.
Early childhood education is an industry with many of opportunities and lots of avenues to explore. The recent funding boost is also very heartening because it means there will be more and more opportunities created within the sector.
There are so many ways to progress your career in this industry. I started my role as an ACM with Affinity Education five years ago and three years ago I became a Centre Manager so it’s certainly been true for me!
Working in childcare has helped me gain a whole new perspective on the world. As well as being my job that I completely love, I feel like I'm able to be excited about the little things in life like a child does and it’s an awesome feeling.

Lifelong Learning Starts Here!
Aussie Kindies' bachelor qualified teachers and experienced educators are trained in Affinity Education's Lifelong Learning Curriculum, Australia’s most advanced approach to early education for children from birth to age five. The Lifelong Learning Curriculum draws on the best models of early education, contemporary research and evidence informed practices such as Circle of Security, Abecedarian, and Project Based learning, and is based on what children learn, where they learn and how they learn. It aligns to Australia’s Early Years Learning Framework and offers a rich combination of play-based and intentional teaching experiences appropriate to each age group.
