Meet Kayla Radcliffe, Centre Manager at Aussie Kindies Sunbury.
With 18 years of experience in early childhood education and a Diploma of Children’s Services, Kayla brings a wealth of knowledge and a genuine love for building strong relationships with families. One of her favorite parts of the day is welcoming and greeting families as they arrive, creating a sense of belonging from the very first moment.
Kayla is passionate about making every child’s experience fun and enriching. At Aussie Kindies Sunbury, she’s proud to offer a regular sports program every Friday, giving children the chance to develop physical skills, teamwork, and confidence in a playful environment. Kayla believes that these experiences help children grow not only academically but socially and emotionally, setting them up for success in life. Her warm leadership ensures families feel supported and children feel celebrated every day.
