Meet Our Team
Hi, my name is Carly and I am the Director at Aussie Kindies Woy Woy. I have 9 years experience in early childhood education in care and hold a Cert III and Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
I believe that fostering the relationships with families is the basis to support children transition into our care environment, ensuring that we focus and build on their circle of security. Each child is unique and their own individual person, and building those relationships with families allows us to have a holistic approach to each child.
Here at Aussie Kindies, we are eager to support children’s learning, their accomplishments and celebrate their milestones whilst building on their self-confidence and self-esteem.
We have a passion for learning and education and enjoy creating experiences for the children that feed their thirst for learning and interests.
