Meet Our Early Learning Team in Stanthorpe
Hi, my name is Michelle Coleman, and I am the Centre Manager at Aussie Kindies Stanthorpe.
I have worked in early childhood education for over 15 years and have been part of the Affinity Education Group for 14 years. I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and feel incredibly fortunate to support children and families during such an important stage of their lives.
One of the most rewarding parts of my role is being able to watch children grow in confidence as they learn new skills and discover their strengths. I am passionate about our Lifelong Learning Curriculum, which helps children develop the foundations they need for lifelong learning.
I also love working closely with families to support them as they navigate their child’s early learning journey. Building strong relationships with parents and caregivers is an important part of what we do at our centre.
I’m proud to lead a team of dedicated and experienced educators who are committed to providing high-quality care and education in a nurturing environment where every child feels valued and supported.
