For recent high school graduate Belle, a traineeship through the Affinity Learning Academy allows her to study at Cert III in Early Education and Care at no cost while gaining on-the-job work experience in one of the most popular early education centres in the community. Affinity Education Group offers paid traineeships at more than 200 childcare centres around Australia.
