Raise a Concern

We're Here to Listen and Act

At Aussie Kindies, we believe that strong communities are built on trust, kindness, and open communication. That’s why we encourage families, educators, and community members to reach out if something doesn’t feel right, no matter how big or small.

The safety and wellbeing of every child in our care is our top priority, and we’re here to listen.

What You Can Reach Out About

You’re welcome to contact us if you have:

  • Concerns about a child’s safety, wellbeing, or care
  • Questions about how something was handled at your centre
  • Worries about team member conduct or behaviour
  • Feedback you’d like to share to help us improve
  • Anything that feels off, even if you’re not sure what to call it

If it matters to you, it matters to us. Your voice can help keep our centres safe and supportive for every child and family.

We're Here to Help

Every Aussie Kindies centre is part of a national network that’s committed to creating welcoming, nurturing environments where children feel safe and loved.

We take our responsibility seriously, and that includes listening when something doesn’t sit right. Raising a concern helps us take action, offer support, and continue to grow stronger together.
