Meet our Centre Manager
Hi, I'm Kaylee Shephard and I'm the Centre Manager at Aussie Kindies Blue Haven. I hold a Diploma and have worked in child care for over 4 years.
As an Early Childhood Educator, the role that I take in shaping the lives of young children is enormous!
Working within Early Childhood Education provides me the opportunity to not only make a real difference in the way a child approaches learning for life but to be a part of their learning journey as they grow and thrive. Having the opportunity to learn, experiment and engage alongside the children daily allows the children to teach me new ideas from their point of view.
Being a Centre Manager, it has allowed my passion to grow through the incorporation of not only the families but the wider community. Using the partnership and knowledge of the wider community provides opportunity for the children to become confident and involved learners in their world.
Our centre is an excellent choice for parents seeking child care and early education because we have a dedicated team always willing to go above and beyond.
Our team is continually growing and learning to enhance their own skills and knowledge within this ever-changing industry. We continually offer learning experiences for children to be challenged and grow their understanding of concepts.

Lifelong Learning Starts Here!
Aussie Kindies' bachelor qualified teachers and experienced educators are trained in Affinity Education's Lifelong Learning Curriculum, Australia’s most advanced approach to early education for children from birth to age five. The Lifelong Learning Curriculum draws on the best models of early education, contemporary research and evidence informed practices such as Circle of Security, Abecedarian, and Project Based learning, and is based on what children learn, where they learn and how they learn. It aligns to Australia’s Early Years Learning Framework and offers a rich combination of play-based and intentional teaching experiences appropriate to each age group.
