Hi, I’m Kaylee Shephard, and I’m proud to be the Centre Manager at Aussie Kindies Blue Haven.
I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and have been working in the sector for 6 years.
Working in early childhood education gives me the incredible opportunity to make a positive difference in children’s lives every day. I am passionate about creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment where children can thrive, and where our wonderful educators are equally encouraged, valued, and supported in their work.
Being part of each child’s learning journey is truly rewarding. I love learning alongside the children and seeing the world through their eyes. Their ideas, creativity, and curiosity constantly inspire me and remind me how important these early years are.
As a Centre Manager, I’m dedicated to building strong, meaningful relationships with our families and the wider community. These connections are at the heart of everything we do. By partnering with families and drawing on the strengths of our community, we help children grow into confident, involved learners who feel connected to the world around them.
One of the special things about our centre is our warm and welcoming environment. Our spacious outdoor yard offers plenty of room for exploration, play, and hands‑on learning, giving children opportunities to discover, create, and follow their interests every day.
