Meet our Team
Meet Jemma Williamson, Centre Manager at Aussie Kindies Glen Innes. Jemma brings five years of experience in early childhood education, holding a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and currently studying for her Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care. Her passion shines through in everything she does, helping and supporting children to learn, grow, and discover the world. Watching children develop new skills, gain confidence, and reach milestones is what Jemma finds truly special. She also values building strong relationships with families, creating a sense of community and collaboration that makes the centre feel like home.
What makes Aussie Kindies Glen Innes unique? Jemma and her team are deeply connected to the local community. From their annual recycled Christmas tree project displayed at the town hall, to participating in the Glen Innes Show with craft and cooking activities, the centre is proud to celebrate creativity and community spirit. Families also enjoy events like the Biggest Morning Tea, donation drives, and a beautiful garden area filled with veggies and herbs grown by the children. Plus, local services such as dentists and firefighters visit regularly, enriching the children’s learning experiences.
