Meet Our Team
Hi, my name is Michelle Coleman, and I am the Centre Manager here at Aussie Kindies Stanthorpe. I have worked in childcare for over 15 years, have been with Affinity Education Group for 14 years, and I hold a diploma of Early Childcare certificate.
Working in this sector gives me great pleasure as I get to be a part of children’s learning journey and watch them become thriving individuals who can succeed in their lifelong adventures. I am passionate about our Lifelong Learning Curriculum and how it supports the children to reach their full potential.
I love working with our parents to give them the support they need to navigate their child/children’s learning.
I am excited to be leading the centre with our highly qualified and passionate educators who are dedicated to providing our children with the best quality care. We believe in nurturing and being able to connect with our children and families so that they are confident emotionally and socially to thrive in their environment.
