Hello, my name is Dorelle Caszo, and I am the Centre Manager at Aussie Kindies Cranbourne.
With over 13 years of experience in early childhood education, I began my career as an Educator and have progressed through roles including Room Leader, Educational Leader and Assistant Director. I have also worked as a high school teacher both locally and internationally, bringing a broad perspective to children’s learning and development.
I am passionate about early childhood education and committed to supporting our educators to provide high-quality learning experiences for every child. I strongly believe the early years play a vital role in shaping a child’s confidence, curiosity and lifelong love of learning.
